Your images are not uploaded

Photos you open in the green screen remover are processed inside your own browser. The file is decoded by your browser, the chroma key maths runs in the page, and the transparent PNG is assembled in your browser's memory before you download it. The image is not transmitted to us, and there is no server on this site that receives images. Closing the tab discards everything, because nothing was kept anywhere but your device.

What this site collects today

There is no account system, no login and no history on this site. The pages themselves set no cookies of their own, run no analytics of their own, and load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers — every file the page needs is served from this domain.

Like any website, it is delivered over the internet by a hosting and security provider. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (including IP address, requested URL, user agent and timestamp) to operate and protect the service, and may set its own security cookies at the edge. That processing is carried out by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms, not by us choosing to collect it.

Advertising (planned)

This site is built to be free, and it plans to display third-party advertising in the future to cover its hosting costs. When advertising is switched on, the ad providers may set cookies or use similar technologies, and may process your IP address and browsing data to measure and personalise the ads you see. This page will be updated to name those providers and to link to their opt-out mechanisms. Until this page says advertising is live, no advertising code is present on the site.

Your downloads

The PNG you export is created in your browser and saved by your browser to wherever you choose. We never see it, and we cannot recover it for you.
